This will give you complete coverage for your Evolution Wear® products. We will replace your product or repair or replace it with a comparable or refurbished model. Simply keep the receipt of this purchase in your e-mail or print it. It can only be used once per product. Must be purchased for each additional product.

Standard warranty is 90 days from receipt of product.
